衛(wèi)生間漏水是件很棘手的事情，廁所衛(wèi)生間用水頻繁，防水處理不好就合出現(xiàn)滲漏水，其主要現(xiàn)象有樓板管道滴漏水、地面積水、墻壁潮濕、滲水，甚至下層頂板和墻壁也出現(xiàn)潮濕滴水現(xiàn)象。那么遇到衛(wèi)生間漏水應(yīng)該采取哪些措施呢？
1、將表面的灰塵、油污、積水等處理干凈，并保持表面干燥；

2、在能淋到水的整個(gè)面，如：瓷磚面、瓷磚縫、墻縫、管根等部位，噴刷滲透型防水劑，不可漏噴；

5、如果需要更換衛(wèi)生間原有地磚，將原有地磚鑿去后，一定要先做基面的清潔然后用水泥砂漿將地面找平，再做防水處理。

6、衛(wèi)生間的水氣比較大。目前一般的樓房都是衛(wèi)生間和浴室是一體的，所以衛(wèi)生間經(jīng)常會(huì)被水蒸氣包圍，因此棚頂?shù)姆莱狈浅Ｖ匾?。做衛(wèi)生間棚頂防水，最好在棚頂涂抹一層水玻璃，然后采用防水性能較好的PVC扣板。扣板可以安裝在龍骨上，還能起到遮掩管道的作用。
